   Double-headed steam meets a diesel-powered passenger limited at M Interlocking in East Mifflin, PA in July, 1956.

   Crossing Jack's Run is my Christmas present...  a new Atlas GP9 with DCC!  I painted the handrails but haven't added the Trainphone antennas yet.  Thanks, honey!

  Old meets new as a PRR H10s 2-8-0 steamer eyes its replacement, an EMD GP9.  In 1956, reciprocating steam is giving ground quickly to diesel-electric technology.

   Baldwin RF-15 sharknoses pass an N5 cabin on the rear of a Middle Division freight.

   The new Geep heads down a weedy spur to retrieve an empty hopper from the coal and feed dealer.

   Sneak preview of my PRR H10 kitbash...  a combination of a Spectrum 2-8-0, a Minitrix K4 4-6-2, and a Minitrix B6 0-6-0. 

   An E8 eases a passenger train into the Lewisport station.

   Another meet on the bridge over US522 near the Berwind-White coal mine.
