I recently fell in love with sweet potatoes.  I wrote about it in 2009<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Incidentally, Dave had a similar epiphany in 1997 with onions.  He went from hating them to loving them.  I tolerate them, but certainly don’t love them.  He doesn’t love sweet potatoes, so I guess we’re even.<\/p>\n

Anyway, since there’s no point in my making sweet potatoes for holiday meals at home, I often take advantage of pot lucks to make it!  No pictures of my own recipes this time around (I’m actually making it tomorrow morning), but I wanted to share the classic recipe I plan to be using<\/a> for Dave’s squadron Thanksgiving pot luck tomorrow.  Except no cornflake\/pecan topping, just lots and lots of marshmallow.  Because I like it that way.  I’ll let you know how it turns out.<\/p>\n
