To get these views, I&#8217;m taking selfies with the camera in the corner of the bathroom.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>We are finished with our half-bath upgrades (and hopefully home improvements in general for a while)! Over the 3-and-some-change years we&#8217;ve lived here, we&#8217;ve done an assortment of little things to make our main floor half-bath look a little nicer.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Painting the cabinet<\/li>\n<li>Replacing the towel rings<\/li>\n<li>Replacing the light fixture<\/li>\n<li>Refinishing the floors (<a href=\"http:\/\/thevollmerfamily.com\/MajorMom\/2015\/06\/diy-kitchen-new-floor.html\">same hardwood as the rest of the house<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/thevollmerfamily.com\/MajorMom\/2016\/11\/half-bath-transformation.html\">Refinishing the countertop<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And now&#8230;the mirror frame!<\/p>\n<p>As I mentioned last week, we ordered this peel-and-stick frame for our huge plate glass mirror. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mirrormate.com\/\">MirrorMate<\/a> company specializes in mirror frames to transform these 1990s-era plate glass wall-sized mirrors. The frame pieces\u00a0arrived a couple days ago and this evening we assembled it and got it onto the wall.<\/p>\n<p>This wasn&#8217;t the easiest task, since the mirror we bought the frame for was the exact width of the wall, we were nervous the assembled frame might not fit into the wall space.<\/p>\n<p>But we were very pleased with the precision of the pieces, and they assembled nearly-perfectly!
